Coffee Cake - with cinnamon and walnuts

Vegan Breakfast Sandwich
 - baked garlic-dill tofu, tempeh bacon, avocado and caramelized onions on a toasted spelt english muffin.

Jalapeno Cornbread - gluten-free cornbread studded with spicy jalapeno peppers and scallions.

Tofu-Vegetable Scramble - Made with locally-made organic tofu, peppers, onions and our special blend of organic spices. Comes with a fresh Zabar's health roll and Earth Balance.

Coconut Yogurt Parfait - Anita's locally-made unsweetened coconut yogurt, fresh berries and Tierra Farms gluten-free triple berry granola.

  • Garden UnChicken Wrap: Boca Vegan UnChicken patty with a mixed greens salad (tomato, onion, carrots, croutons, Italian vinaigrette) in a organic wheat wrap
  • Pesto Eggplant: Roasted eggplant with house made pesto, balsamic tomato relish & tofu ricotta on a ciabatta roll
  • Dill Tofu Salad: organic tofu with fresh dill, scallions, celery & a mustard vegenaise dressing on gluten free bread
The breads used in our sandwiches are organic and baked fresh daily by Bread Alone Bakery in Woodstock, NY!
